Guest Gift Studio · Klang Valley

Thoughtful gifts.
Seamless events.

Expish turns your event brief, guest count and budget into three clear guest-gift directions—designed to feel useful, coherent and worth taking home.

For weddings, private celebrations and brand events in Malaysia.

The Expish approach

A guest gift should feel considered—not like one more item to throw away.

The hard part is rarely finding another object. It is choosing something appropriate, aligning it with the event, keeping the numbers workable and coordinating the details without creating another supplier headache.

01

Useful by design

Prioritise gifts guests can consume, use or genuinely keep.

02

Coherent with the event

Colour, message and presentation should belong to the same brief.

03

Clear before production

Guest count, budget, lead time and approval points stay visible before anyone commits.

Concept directions

Three ways a guest gift can feel more intentional.

Concept direction
01

Thoughtful essentials

Practical, edible or usable items presented with restraint. Best for briefs that need strong perceived value without elaborate packaging.

Local tea or coffee · honey · snacks · small home-use items

Concept direction
02

A Malaysian note

Contemporary concepts informed by local ingredients, tropical colour and Malaysian craft—without turning culture into costume.

Local flavour pairings · botanical notes · respectfully sourced colour stories

Concept direction
03

Bespoke guest experience

A coordinated direction across the gift, message card, colour, table presentation and handover moment.

Curated sets · VIP gifts · planner-led custom concepts

Concept categories shown for discussion. Final items, minimum quantities, pricing and lead times depend on the approved brief and supplier availability.

Our process

From brief to a decision you can act on.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Event type, date, location, guest count, budget per guest and visual direction.

  2. 02

    Review three directions

Compare the item, presentation logic, indicative cost and practical trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Select and sample

Confirm feasibility, lead time and any physical sample required.

  4. 04

    Approve before production

Document final quantity, artwork, payment milestones and handover plan.

Production should begin only after the selected concept, quantity, artwork, timeline and payment terms are approved in writing.

Questions, clearly answered

Before you send a brief.

What information do you need to start?

Event type, date, location, guest count, target budget per guest, visual references and any cultural or dietary requirements.

Do you have a minimum quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by item and packaging method. Expish will confirm the relevant MOQ before sampling or production.

Can you match an event theme?

Expish can explore colour, message and presentation directions around the brief. Final feasibility depends on artwork, materials, timeline and quantity.

Do you work with wedding and event planners?

Yes. Expish welcomes planner-led briefs and can agree communication boundaries before approaching the end client.

Are the concept images finished products?

No unless explicitly stated. Visuals labelled “Concept direction” are used to discuss an idea before sourcing, sampling and final approval.

How early should we enquire?

Earlier is safer, especially for custom packaging or large quantities. Expish will assess timing against the specific brief rather than promise a universal lead time.

Start a conversation

Planning an event? Start with the brief, not the box.

Tell us the date, guest count, budget per guest and the feeling you want guests to leave with. We will confirm whether the brief is suitable for concept exploration.
